The D&D Foundation
is financed exclusively from donations. Since the beginning
in 1998 the D&D Foundation has continued to grow but there
is still a significant need for help to continue growing. The
first season begins with one week of snow skiing in Sierra Nevada
for 15 people. Now, it has grown to include over 400 participants
involved in programs throughout the year encompassing seven different
sports.
With the rapid growth, the need for additional financing has
increased. The objective is to continue offering all the activities
at an affordable cost to the participants, maintain the quality
and the safety that has always been essential since the beginning
of the D&D Foundation. Therefore, please take a moment to
consider making a donation that would make a tremendous impact
in the life of a disabled person. Together we can create opportunities
previously unknown and non-existent. The D&D Foundation is
dedicated to improving the lives of handicapped people and their
families.
Individual Donations
There is no standard donation. The ranges varies
between the 150€ annual donation and more than 10,000€
per year donation.
There are four ways to make a donation:

Corporate Donations:
The corporate donations constitute the majority
of the funding for the D&D Foundation. Depending on the contribution
level, there are respective sponsorships available. All sponsorship
packages can be modified to individual needs of the corporation.
- 20.000 - 60.000 €:
Sponsor of one sports program during the
entire
season/year
- 8.000-20.000 €:
Sponsor of a particular event (ex: snow ski week)
- 6.000 € o menos:
Purchase and maintenance of specially adapted
equipment which is needed for the sports activities
The donations made by corporations allow
a percentage as tax deductible.
Corporate sponsors of events are entitled to various benefits,
such as:
- Disabled
employees or their handicapped children can participate in the
sports activity
- Employees may collaborate as volunteers as at events
- Corporate logo presence throughout the duration of the event
(banners, signage, etc.).
- Inclusion in advertising and communications (TV, print, radio)
- Corporate representative to present product or merchandise
to each participant if desired
- Mention and acknowledgment during diploma and closing ceremony
